Before and After School Care

Cecil Swanson does not offer a CBE or community Before and After School Care program at this time. Please ensure your child has adequate care arrangements outside of school hours as we can not provide supervision after dismissal.

Before school:  

Children are not to arrive at school before 7:55 AM as there is no adult supervision available. Morning supervision is 7:55am-8:05am when our Entry Bell rings.

After school:  

There is not formal supervision after school. If students meet older siblings or parents to walk/drive home, they should establish a meeting place outside near their exit doors.

All children are to go home and check in with an adult before coming back to play in our creative playground. Only those students who are being supervised by an adult should stay and play. Remind students if they can not find their adult/sibling, or are not sure how to get home, they should come to the front doors and ask for help in the office.
