Parent-Teacher Conferences are on Thursday, March 19 and Friday, March 20. Conference booking opens at 8:00am, Friday March 13. 

You will have a choice of ONLINE or IN-PERSON conferences.

There may not be staff available at all times to answer phones in the office during conferences, so if your call is not answered, please email your child’s teacher. 

Grades 1-6 Conferences:

• Thursday, March 19 3:30pm-7:00pm - regular school day for Grades 1-6. 
• Friday, March 20  8:00am -12:00pm (No school for Gr 1-6 students)

Kindergarten Conferences:

• Thurs, March 19 Conferences available 8:00am-11:00am and 3:30pm - 7:00pm. 
• • No school for AM K. PM K attends regular class time 11:50am-2:40pm
• Fri, March 20 –  K Conferences 8:00am-12:00pm
• • No school for all Kindergarten students - No AM, No PM classes

Booking Your Conference through MyCBE/PowerSchool:

• Conference booking opens Friday March 13 at 8:00am
• You must have a PowerSchool account in order to book your conferences.
• Please follow the link below for instructions on how to make a PowerSchool account https://sis.cbe.ab.ca/public/home.html
• You’ll receive a link to your conference on Microsoft Teams. If you have any trouble accessing your conference, please call the school or email your child’s teacher. 
• We encourage you to bring your child to the conference online.
