Dear Cecil Swanson School families,

Parent-Teacher Conferences are on Thursday, November 27 and Friday, November 28. 

You will have a choice of ONLINE or IN-PERSON conferences.

There may not be staff available to answer phones in the office during conferences, so if your call is not answered, please email your child’s teacher. 

Grades 1-6 Conferences:

• Thursday, November 27 3:30pm-7:30pm
• Friday, November 28  8:00am -1:00pm (No school for Gr 1-6 students)

Kindergarten Conferences:

• Thurs, November 27 Conferences 12:00pm - 2:45pm and 3:30pm - 7:30pm. 
• • No school for PM K. AM K attends regular class time 8:10-11:00am
• Fri, November 28 –  K Conferences 8:00am-1:00pm
• • No school for all Kindergarten students - No AM, No PM classes

Booking Your Conference through MyCBE/PowerSchool:

• Conference booking opens Saturday November 22 at 9:00am
• You must have a PowerSchool account in order to book your conferences.
• Please follow the link below for instructions on how to make a PowerSchool account https://sis.cbe.ab.ca/public/home.html
• You’ll receive a link to your conference on Microsoft Teams. If you have any trouble accessing your conference, please call the school or email your child’s teacher. 
• We encourage you to bring your child to the conference online.
