Dear Cecil Swanson School families,

Parent-Teacher Conferences are on Thursday, November 28 and Friday, November 29. 

When you book your conference you will have a choice of an ONLINE or IN-PERSON conference. 

Grades 1-6 Conferences:

• Thursday, November 28 3:30pm -7:30pm 
• Friday, November 29 8:00am -1:00pm (No school for Gr 1-6 students)

Kindergarten Conferences:

• Thurs, Nov 28 – Conferences 11:45-2:45 and 3:30-7:30
• • No school for PM K. AM K attends regular class time 8:10-11:00am
• Fri, Nov 29 – Conferences 8:00am-1:00pm
• • No school for all Kindergarten students - No AM, No PM classes

Booking Your Conference through MyCBE/PowerSchool:

• Conference booking opens Wednesday November 20 at 9:00am.
• You must have a PowerSchool account in order to book your conferences.
• Please follow the link below for instructions on how to make a PowerSchool account https://sis.cbe.ab.ca/public/home.html
• If you select an online conference, you’ll receive a link to your conference on Microsoft Teams. If you have any trouble accessing your conference, please call the school or email your child’s teacher. 
• We encourage you to bring your child to the conference.
