Dear Cecil Swanson School families,

Parent-Teacher Conferences are on Thursday, March 20 and Friday, March 21. 

Due to the current labour action, ALL CONFERENCES ARE ONLINE ONLY via Microsoft Teams. 

Our office will not be open during conferences, so if you need support accessing your conference, please email your child’s teacher. 

Grades 1-6 Conferences:

• Thursday, March 20 4:00-8:00pm 
• Friday, March 21 8:00am -1:00pm (No school for Gr 1-6 students)

Kindergarten Conferences:

• Thurs, March 20 – Conferences 8:00-11:00 and 4:00-8:00
• • No school for AM K. PM K attends regular class time 11:50-2:40
• Fri, March 21 – Conferences 8:00am-1:00pm
• • No school for all Kindergarten students - No AM, No PM classes

Booking Your Conference through MyCBE/PowerSchool:

• Conference booking opens Thursday March 13 at 4:00pm.
• You must have a PowerSchool account in order to book your conferences.
• Please follow the link below for instructions on how to make a PowerSchool account https://sis.cbe.ab.ca/public/home.html
• You’ll receive a link to your conference on Microsoft Teams. If you have any trouble accessing your conference, please call the school or email your child’s teacher. 
• We encourage you to bring your child to the conference online.
