Thanks to Student Voice for choosing our Spirit Days!

Cecil Swanson celebrated our diversity through our latest Spirit Day: Cultural Dress Day, October 9. Students and staff wore artifacts that represented an aspect of their culture.

We saw everything from hockey jerseys to traditional formal attire! Thanks to everyone for teaching us a bit more about your culture!

Did you know that our students were born in over 30 different countries? These include:

Afghanistan, Algeria, Burundi, Canada, Columbia, Congo, Egypt, Ethiopia, Ghana, Honduras, India, Iran, Iraq, Italy, Jordan, Kenya, Lebanon, Libya, Malaysia, Mexico, Moldova, Nigeria, Pakistan, Philippines, Somalia, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Syria, Thailand, Turkey, Uganda, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, and Uzbekistan.
