Dear Cecil Swanson Families! 

Join us for Winter Wellness Night! Thursday December 11 at 6:00pm! 

Families are invited to learn about Wellness and explore fun and meaningful ways to care for their emotions and build strong self-regulation skills. Throughout the evening, you’ll learn simple strategies for understanding feelings, calming the body, and becoming the best version of yourself.

Visit hands-on stations such as mindful colouring, breathing-bracelet making, musical drawing, calming games and puzzles, stress-ball creation, zentangle art, worry-stone crafting, and mindful movement.

Come connect, create, and learn together in a warm and supportive space.

You'll want to arrive between 6:00 and 6:30pm to give you time to explore our spaces. Our evening ends at 7:30pm.
