Student Voice Club Updates
- Spirit Days - Student voice has chosen two Spirit Days. Pajama Day was on Tuesday, September 24. Cultural Dress Day is on Wednesday October 9. Check the calendar and your child’s classroom Weekly Update for more info.
Friendly Reminders & Updates
- School Council – Our Annual General Meeting is on Tuesday October 22 at Cecil Swanson. We have moved the meeting to 6:00pm hoping more families can attend. We will name/vote on new members of our executive council at this meeting (e.g. Chair, Secretary). Please join us! Meeting minutes and Principal Reports are found on the School Council Page of our Website.
- Office Hours – Please remember that our school office is closed on PD/Non-Instructional Days, such as Friday Sept 27.
- Home Learning Resource – Did you know you can log in at home and read e-books through the Tumblebooks Library as part of Calgary Public Library? Instructions are on on the website.
- Bicycles/Scooters – these need to please be locked up. Families and students should walk their bikes and scooters across the compound.
- World Teacher Day October 5 – Please help us this week in saying THANK YOU to our amazing and hard working teachers on this day!! We are so lucky to have them!
- Staffing Upate – Welcome to new staff members Emma Thomson (PE), Sajal Nadeem (EES Lunch) and Sarah Fatima (Lunchroom)!
